Shipping Policy (Syzygy Dolls)

Thanks for shopping at Syzygy Dolls. Below is our shipping policy, including processing times, delivery estimates, and how we handle delivery issues.

 

Processing time

  • We process and dispatch orders within 2- 3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands

  • Belgium

  • Germany

  • France

 

 

Shipping carrier

All orders are shipped with PostNL.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size/weight of your order. You’ll see the final shipping fee before you complete payment.

 

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and start after your order has been shipped.

  • Netherlands: 2- 3 business day

  • Belgium: 2- 3 business day

  • Germany: 2- 3 business day

  • France: 2- 3 business day

Please note: delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to delays outside our control (carrier networks, weather, etc.).

 

Tracking

If your shipment includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@syzygydolls.nl with your order number.

  • If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

 

Missed deliveries & returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal of the shipment, we can:

  • Reship the order (additional shipping costs may apply), or

  • Refund the order minus shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.

 

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@syzygydolls.nl  with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We’ll review and support you with the best possible solution.

 

Lost packages / delivery issues

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your order:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors and around your delivery location.

  2. Contact PostNL with your tracking number.

  3. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at info@syzygydolls.nl within 7 days of the delivery scan, and we’ll help investigate.
